When will my order ship?
Dream hair is dedicated to satisfying our customers in a timely manner. All orders will be processed and shipped with in 48 hours of payment. Shipping will take 3-5 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email, and your tracking number.
All orders are shipped through USPS priority mail. Please contact USPS if you have any problems, After your order has been shipped.

How does Hair pick up work?

Hair pick up is for Atlanta customers only. When you're at check out click "hair pick up" as your shipping option.
Orders must be placed 24hrs before pick up. Hair pick ups are from Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm.

How many bundles do I need?
You will need 3-4 bundles for a full install.
